The truth about me being here in Mallorca

Here's just my really first personal blog on not just me, but also my work, my dreams, family, and ethics. I'd love for people who comes on my website not only to look at houses, properties, or plots, but also catch that little something that is in me when I help a person making his dream come true, so, just follow me and feel free to help me in my long walk, and I'd be glad to re-write you asap!

Everything started when my son got applied for a little scholarship in Manchester to fulfill his dream about being a basketball player just like I was all my life, and had to leave the country early, and went abroad to have this amazing experience at Myerscouch Academy in Preston, this small home town approx 45 min.from Manchester.

That’s when I figure out that was time to move from my confort zone, and just live my life the best way possible, and find new hopes and dreams, that being in the same spot for quite 10 or more years, had just disappeared..and so i’ve packed my bags, and went to Palma de Mallorca for a new and great adventure. Before I left, i’ve got in contact with E&V, and shot them my CV, but the reply was saying..ok, we’d be glad to have you, but our must is that you have to speak fluent German. Now, i’m italian, and was born in Rome, speak fluent English and Spanish, lived six months in Germany in ‘99, but do no speak the language, so I was cutted off.

But, i’d also would like to say, that I came here for another dream, that didn’t realize it, was to open a shop for italian products only, and have nice aperitif at night, but couldn’t find the right spot, so i’ve opened up a cafeteria-restaurant, but realized after a year, that was not just me..and traspassed it again. Then, went to Keller Williams for a Real Estate course, and after 4months, opened up my agency..casamajorca.com and now..everything is bright, clients are repeating, I have work for 2-3 more people, but i’d like to go slow, so, until I don’t find the exact figure i’m “looking for”, I will just do it on my own, and that’s about it.
